R6, P2, VLCD 31 - Birthdays, Swimming and Fires

Today was the eldest's birthday party at the local swimming spot (it boasts two pools, the main one

being a wave pool). We had four, Papa John's pizzas (spinach and veggie, two pepperoni and cheese, and 6 cheese pizza). The pizza is gone. The birthday cake is gone. We stayed at the pool for nearly four hours. I am beat (and a little tipsy, after my third cup of Sprite zero and Smirnoff). I needed it after all that madness. I also had two, sugar free pieces of chocolate. Naughty, naughty. More so because I know what the Malitol will do to my stomach tomorrow. I'm going to be in agony, but I thin it was worth it.

I'm currently watching Clue (based on the game). Ever seen it? It's pretty silly. The girls are in the living room watching the House Bunny. I hear them fall out in hysterics ever few minutes, so I guess it's funny. I had a .8lb loss, putting me at 180.4lbs (will probably have a gain, due to the extreme sun exposure and lack of water) Before I start typing something that won't make sense, here is what I had today:

If every day were like today...   You'd weigh 167.7 lbs in 5 week

BTW, I was outside sweating buckets most of the day (very little swimming myself). My sister said I looked great and wanted to take my picture. I told her to wait until I was where I wanted to be. I noted to myself that, despite all her running and walking, she is quite heavy. Perhaps she's on her way but hard to know for sure, since I rarely see her.

Last night, there was a big fire in the city where I worked. I had to go into the office and give them the credit card. They all looked worn out, but the energy was eerily high. They always seem pumped after a fire. Go figure!
