R6, P2, VLCD 22 - Getting Ready for the Show

For father's day, I purchased tickets for a comedy show for my hubby. Yep! Father's day was in June and the show is tonight but it's the gift and the thought that count, right? We'll be watching the multi-talented Wayne Brady. My girls have seen episodes of Whose Line is it, Anyway? and they loved it. I'm sure they'll enjoy the show tonight. I plan to have a cup of steaming java during the show. This will, hopefully, alleviate the issues of temptation I'm sure I would experience. It's an outdoor venue and, no doubt, people will have their dinners.

Tonight, I made the girls "Mock Mac 'N Cheese" to go with their dinner. I will be helping myself to some during P3. It's basically the cheese you would back with pasta, but you use cauliflower instead. My girls left maybe two servings.

I had a .6lb loss this morning, putting me at 186.8lbs. I don't have this evenings coffee on here, but I'm sure it will be around 40 calories or so (from the milk).
