P4 Day 20 - Reeducation and Planning

It's so wild to think that my food happiness is about to come to an end. I'm not upset at all, just trying to prepare for the next round. I've been re reading the protocol and educating myself on what to do. When I went through my last round, I prepared and bought two vials of HCG, so the other vial has been in the fridge all this time, waiting patiently to be used.

I restocked on bac water and bought a new case of syringes myself (so many folks who sell kits really charge entirely too much). I bought my syringes for a great price and received a better brand than what came in my original kit. I have a mixing syringe and a mixing vial so I'm ready to go.

Sunday, I'll be shopping for my load and vlcd items. The two lists are quite extraordinary, side by side; sort of like looking at a mansion next to a shack.

Hubby's next and last show is tomorrow. I will be taking my computer, but not sure I'll post. Have a great weekend!

Was one pound up (dastardly salt) at 161.6lbs this morning. I did work out today and will, hopefully, swim tomorrow. This should balance everything out. Let's hope so!

P4 Day 19 - So Hungry!

I was ravenous today. My work out wasn't that intense, but it revved up my appetite like no body's business! The calorie count wasn't so terrible, but my salt intake wasn't good. I made an observation today; I do need protein for breakfast and lots of it. If I don't eat enough at breakfast time, I have issues in the evening. Lesson learned. I'll do much better tomorrow.

P4 Day 18 - Missing Workouts

I didn't work out this morning, to give my body and muscles a rest. Boy, did I miss it! Not only that, I think my body adjusted to the exercise with my food intake. I ate a lot today but minus the workout...not sure how my weight will look tomorrow. It was great, this morning; a 2.2lb loss. Woohoo!

Hope I didn't do too much damage, but I will workout in the morning. It's good that I missed the endorphin rush, but it's sad that I won't be able to enjoy it long. Once round 2 begins, I'll have to say good bye to my elliptical and workout videos for a bit.

A thought that's been running around in my head for the past couple of days? I think I may go ahead and do another long round (40 injections). I just think it makes more since to do this than two short rounds. Plus, if I decided to do a third, it would be just after my vacation and (hopefully), there wouldn't be too much to lose. I'm glad that I have options and I'm glad that the protocol is available to me.

P4 Day 17 - "Away with You, Salt!"

I had a pseudo Steak-day (pseudo because I ate guacamole with my steak). I want this salt gone once and for all. If this doesn't do it (along with my workout this morning), I don't know what will. Thankfully, I was down a bit this morning so I know it's trying to leave, anyway.

Nothing's changed. I'm still 162.4 since TOM arrived. It's finally gone but it does take a few days for the water to go away. I suppose I'm not helping by eating all this salt. Again, I'll do better with that tomorrow.
