It seems being out at the pool for the girls' swim lessons, left me vulnerable to this "disease". It's located on both of my arms, right at my elbow joints; tiny little, sometimes itchy bumps. I've been putting on cortisone and trying not to scratch. When I was a kid, I would get it all the time. How strange to get it now. I hope they go away sooner rather than later. Not only are they uncomfortable, they're also not the most attractive skin issue.
Amazing! I had a .4lb drop this morning. I was totally prepared to have a gain and I'm still a bit paranoid that it may should up in a day or two; however, it's nice to see the change and be at 188.4lbs. I had to take tomorrow off so that I can drive my hubby home from his dental appointment. He will be anesthetized for his cleaning and won't be able to drive (yes, you read that right...a cleaning). My eldest also begins cheer practice again and the Chihuahua is going in for a dental, too. I'll be spending time with my youngest who seems to be needing my attention. She and her sister are growing weary of each other. School just can't start fast enough (August 26th just get here!).
