P3 Day 2 - No Steak for Me...at Least, Not Yet

Today, I woke up with a case of the stomach ickies. I knew it was coming so I only had a couple of pieces of bacon and a half a grapefruit for breakfast. For lunch, a nice healthy helping of tuna salad (complete with iceberg lettuce, a little mayo, Roma tomatoes, egg whites and bumblebee tuna). For dinner? Another salad, this one with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese and a bit of ranch. I had grilled flounder fillets for my additional protein.

For a snack, I risked and had a few almonds. Hubby swears by almonds, since they have no sugar (peanuts would have been very risky since they do have sugar). I am quite satisfied, I must say. Sweet ole TOM also showed up so, if there's an increase in my weight tomorrow, do I have a steak day? I'll have to check the boards to see what others do. Water retention during TOM will certainly dissipate over the next few days. To be safe, I went ahead an pre-grilled some sirloin.

Here's the menu in table form:
