P3 Day 12 - Back in Range

Happy Earth day! I lost .2lbs from yesterday, which puts me at the high end (two pounds above, exactly) my LIW. I thought I'd never see it again, once I started bouncing around 161 pounds. No complaints here. I'm still eating high fat and today was the first time I breached 1500 calories. My protein is exceptionally high and I suspect that is what is stabilizing me(?) I'm hoping I'll be able to tell over the next few days. I can't believe I'm nearly in P4 which scares me even more than P3. Will I be able to resist my temptations? Have I absorbed all of the good lessons I've learned?

Knowing that I have to stay within a certain weight range is pivotal to this process. If one just ran off and ate Willy Nilly whatever he/she wanted, that person's weight would soar back to naughty heights. Certainly can't have that now can we! I think that my Cinco De Mayo lunch out with my coworkers will have me choosing cautiously out of basic fear. It's funny to think that I may be able to show that kind of control. How extraordinary!

Here's what I had today:

Way to go!!! Talk about a textbook perfect P3 day!

Don't forget that P3 can go longer than 3 weeks if you're feeling that you need the extra time to feel like you've got the hang of it :-)
