P3 Day 17 - Destroy the Trojan Invaders

I got a nasty, nasty virus on my work computer yesterday. I had to do most of my work from my personal computer, which was a total bummer. Our IT moved my files to a new computer and I'll start working on it Thursday (I think). For now, I'll be on my "risky" computer being as safe as I possibly can. The recent Trojans are nasty and I warn any of you who use a computer on a regular basis. Get to know "bleeping computer" (the web site) and keep a copy of combo fix on a flash drive, just in case. Once it's in your system, it must be obliterated.

Enough on the tech scare, I had a 2.6lb loss from yesterday. I'm glad the steak and grapefruit expunged the retained water from my system. I was able to eat regularly today but my salt intake was a little high again. Despite all the water I'm drinking, I do need to watch my salt more closely. It will hinder progress quicker than anything I've experienced in P3.

I was 158.8lbs this morning. I'll be better about watching my salt tomorrow for sure.
