Thank you, steak-day. I had a 2.2lb loss this morning. I noticed today and other days past that I get in plenty of fat, but not enough calories. I don't know if this has hindered me or not. I'll chug along and just do my best. My goal? Not to lose my momentum and spiral out of control on the gain-weight-wagon. So many people just self-destruct on P3 and P4. I'll be happy to find a happy-medium and stick with it until my next round (which will, hopefully be my last round).
Tomorrow, I have a recipe for a Taco Bake to try. It has cream, ground beef (I'm using ground turkey), cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green chilies, eggs and a touch of taco seasoning. It seems like it will make a great meal and I'm looking forward to it. I think I've also decided that the heavier meals should definitely be during the day (Breakfast like a Queen, lunch like a princess and dinner like a pauper is surely the way to go).
