R7, P2, VLCD 23 - 48 Hours

I did really well this morning, until around 10:30am. Then, the hunger pangs set in. Ugh! I was starving! The HCG has pretty much left my system, I'm sure of it. The day was a bit off because I had to sit in for a meeting, in my boss's stead. They had barbecue of all things. I went ahead and had the brisket without a bun and some of the slaw. Not sure what kind of dressing he used, but the vinegar was potent. It was the first slaw I've had in a while that I've like and I think it was fairly P2 safe (not creamy). The brisket was oily and I wonder how that will effect my losses (if any) tomorrow.

After the meeting, it was off to the bank to pay on mine and hubby's car loans, then to the store to shop for my chicken Tikka for Sunday (as well as the Key Lime pie I'm making for Monday). I then journeyed to pick my youngest. My eldest had sent me a text earlier, asking me to pick her up at 4:00pm. She insisted the game would be over by then. So, after picking up the youngest, I went to get the youngest. The game didn't end till 5:00pm. Ugh! Home at last, we ate dinner and had Bible study.
I had a .8lb loss, taking me to 168lbs.
