R7, P2, VLCD 16 - A Mixed Bag

I do really well in the morning, then the cravings start in the afternoon. I overdue, then feel guilty.

Tonight, I tried to stay on track but still had a sniffer and a chocolate (or two or three). What is my deal?! I'm really wanting to make these last days count and I'm not sure what's wrong? I need to mediate and get my center again, I guess. My goal will never be achieved with all of this self sabotaging.

I had a gain from yesterday and it's my own fault. Ugh! I felt so badly and wanted to do well, then I caved. My goal is to do better and, again, find my center. The gain wasn't horrible, but it's always better to have a loss or remain static than to go in reverse of what you're after. So, a .4lb gain takes me back to 171.6. Lord, take the wheel!
