R7, P2, VLCD 22 - 24 Hours

It was an incredibly low calorie day (more so than it should have been), but I did okay. I'll try to make one pound loss, taking me down to 168.8lbs. The guys invited me to lunch today, but were quick to remember I couldn't go with them. I asked them to keep me in mind for the future. It's been only once since I went somewhere with them to lunch and I certainly want to do it again. They're a laugh-riot!

The eldest brought home paperwork to fill out for her 9th grade school schedule. She wants to participate in the honors program and now that they're going to A/B days, she'll have ten courses per term. Wow! She wants to take Biology and Physics in the same term and I'm more than just a little concerned that it will be too much; however, I do know she's not afraid to ask for help and, if need be, she can always drop and pick it up later.
