Doing well so far. I had little twinges of hunger this evening, but it was close to 6:30pm when I ate dinner (7 hours after eating lunch). This was, of course, a no-brainer. It was definitely time to eat. The menu will be the same for the remainder of the week, but I plan to defrost some lovely fish for the weekend. Next week, I think I'll have shrimp for dinner each evening (if I can find it for a good price). Being land-locked causes issues with seafood prices. I'm hopeful, now that it's spring, the sales will be kind.
