My hubby came home in a foul mood last evening. It's really not his fault. He was headed up the mountain to coach/host a "boot-camp" training when his tire went flat. He put the spare on and asked that I call a few places to get tire quotes. I called him back with the results and then didn't hear back from him for a while.
Well, turns out that the tires currently on his car were the wrong size. Huh? He's had work done, oil changes and the like. Why hasn't anyone ever mentioned this before? So, he had to replace all four of his tires. Totally not something we were expecting out of our budget this month, but oh well.
When he came home, he ate the last of the leftover pizza then complained that he was still hungry. I offered up my little milk I had for him to use with his cereal, since we had completely run out. He used the bottle I was using for my coffee to have two, very large bowls. He was still hungry (poor guy). So, I nuked up two hot dogs with cheese. I offered him my Mahi Mahi, but he didn't want to take food away from me. So, the night went on and he began to feel a little better. I hope he has a better day today.
My focus was so on him that I didn't journal. I had a very low release on the 17th, but no complaints. A release is a release, after all:

I was 164.8lbs this morning. Interesting to me, since I had less salt yesterday than I've had in a while. "Oh, TOM. The things you do to my poor body when you come into the picture. I know it's you."
