I worked from 6:00am this morning until around 9:30am, then called it quits. I have no voice and I felt awful. The day was spent resting and drinking, drinking, drinking. Hubby was home snacking and it made the day (willpower wise) a bit harder to deal with. He ate chips, cookies, sandwich meat, cheese, hamburgers, fries, chicken wings...etc.... I cuddled on the couch with him smelling all that stuff and it was super hard. He's enjoying being off his diet while I'm trying to get through mine. I hope he doesn't do that when we go on our trip. I don't know if I can take it.
Here's what I had. It was a little higher than the past two days, but still within the 500 calorie range:

The issues brought about a one pound gain this morning (170.6). I'm still on medication and coughing a whole lot. Seems like I always get sick when I start this diet. I wonder if it's my body purging itself of all the yucky stuff? I suppose it could also be our flip-flop weather. It only got up to 43 degrees and rained all day. Saturday, it's supposed to be 79 and sunny. Really? What's up with that?!
