I knew it was coming and was completely prepared. Whenever crab legs are in the picture, there's always going to be salt and more salt. Who knew something so tender and sweet, could be so salty?! I need to up my water, but I'm having a little difficulty with that. I'm going to try to get in more, not only due to the crab salt, but TOM salt is probably doing it's part as well.

I was 165lbs this morning. Again, salt is the culprit and will be the issue for a few days, as I purge with my good water.
