Round 2, P2, VLCD 2 - Still Low, Feeling Okay

I still didn't get anywhere close to 500 calories today. The chicken for dinner was a good choice and I'll be picking up more in the future. I'm also digging the green onions (didn't eat those last time, but they taste mighty fine with my steak). I need lots and lots, though. Once you chop them up and saute them, there's not much left. I believe I could get closer to 500 with more onions.

I was down 2.2lbs this morning.

Atta girl! I never did try the green onions on R1, I'll give them a go when I do R2. That load weight will be gone in no time!

You weren't kidding! A little over 4lb loss this morning? Crazy! I never had a loss like that on my last round. Thanks, as always, for your wonderful encouragment.
