P4 Day 9 - Protein and Pictures

I've had pictures of the meals I've been eating on my camera for a while and finally downloaded them.

Here's the Taco Bake:

Today, I made more cauliflower yumminess and my eldest was able to have some this time. She was very pleased. She wanted more but I reminded her that I needed lunch this week and so forth. She was somewhat understanding.

I wasn't good about my water this weekend, but today I've been very good. I'm nearly done with my 80 ounces and I'm sure that will help with this salt retention. I haven't had dinner yet, but I'm really not that hungry (I know...I still need to eat). I'll probably have some salad. That ought to satisfy me. I will add it to my daily calculations and post it below. So, here we go:

TOM arrived this morning, which accounts for my feeling tired and the salty gain I experienced. We splurged a bit, yesterday so I knew today would be all about protein. It's okay. I just wish I didn't have to deal with the salt retention of TOM. [edit this diary entry]
