Flooding myself with more water and focusing primarily on protein, yesterday made a big difference today. I'm so glad that these tricks are working. Lessons learned in the earlier phases stay with you through the latter ones. Thank goodness because I'll need to do some correcting tomorrow.
I didn't overdo today because of this morning's weight, more so because I was hungry. I know it's TOM doing a number on me and I spent the day trying to eat good things because of it, but hubby brought home Pa.pa Mur.phy's tonight and boy was it good. The pizza wouldn't be so damaging if not for the salt. Yes! Public enemy number one! My protein and fats were equal, today and my carbs were well under norms (but higher than usual). Still, I know salt will be the devil in the morning. I will make an effort to correct through out the day.
What I'm hoping will help is that for the last hour and a half, I've been cleaning my kitchen and living room. I'm talking scrub, scrub, sweep, mop and scrub some more. Then, I folded laundry. It's 11:00pm, I've showered, and I still feel the tireds from all the cleaning. I hope I burned a calorie or two of that pizza .
Speaking of tomorrow, I don't know if I'll be able to post or not. Hubby has his show and we're staying at a hotel in town. I didn't check to see if they have free wireless or not. I'll take my 'puter with me, regardless but I may have to do a double post on Mother's day. We'll see what happens.
