Today was my last day in the office and my coworkers had cake. It was nice to have a slice, but it wasn't very good (mine is so much better...is that egotistical?). I'm just not a fan of lard icing and who in their right mind still makes icing with lard? Anyway, I was ravenous by dinner (of course, cause that's what refined sugar does).
We went to Gold.en C.orral for more celebrating. I ate lots of protein, but I also had too many carbs (in my opinion). Tomorrow's weight will not be nice. Thankfully, this mornings was better. I think I may indulge in a steak day to counteract all this celebrating. My body does not feel right, at this moment. I don't think I captured everything accurately, but this is pretty close:
Observations: If it isn't worth it (in taste and calories), don't eat it.
