R6, P3, Day 5 - A Little Heavy on the Salt

Hubby and I had our date lunch day at Sizzler. It was salad, salad, salad and plenty of wings (with the skin peeled off). I tried to come up with an accurrate total, but I'm not sure if I did. It's not like they have the nutritional value of the entire salad bar. For dinner, hot wings and a bit of artichoke dip. Everything was tasty and I probably would have felt worse about it if I hadn't have had a small loss (.2lbs, putting me at 175.8lbs) this morning (anything is a victory after all that water retention).

Now, with my salt fest, I may have screwed up and created more damage. I really hope not. The day was great, the company was phenomenal and the food was yummy. Tomorrow, I'll be going out to dinner with my girlfriend. If my weight isn't copacetic, I'll fast until dinner and make sure to have chicken for the main meal. I hope I don't have to resort to such drastic measures but, with the salt-fest I had, I won't be surprised.

Here's what I "think" my totals came out to, today:

P.S. I had a little nip of Ezra Brooks and coke zero at dinner. That would add an additional 65 calories.

P.P.S.  Lots of little "wormy" voids today. Not sure if it was the Miralax, the probriotics or just time for things to move on out. Whatever it is, I'll take it!
