R2, P4 Day 1 - July 26th and Maintenance

I've gotta get around these late nights (just no energy to post at the 10:00 hour). I wondered about my start to phase 4 and how everything would go. I knew that I would be taking it easier with the carbs this time than I did in round one. The carbs came from the batter in hubby's fish and I also had some hush puppies (thankfully, we had a few, sparse leftovers from the weekend). My resolve was great all day, just because I knew I'd have those for dinner. The bonus is that the majority of the meal was protein.

I woke up to a slight increase, yesterday; 141.8lbs but I'm sure that was because my body was probably still digesting that low-carb Carl's Jr. burger (those are truly my friends...can't wait to try an In and Out version. That's gotta be heaven!).

Congrats on reaching P4, and navigating a difficult P3 (with that conference in the middle - ugh!) I'm sure with your strategies worked out, you're doing to do great!
