Wow! I've been napping a lot lately. I had another one today after church and breakfast. Not sure how long I slept, but I missed a couple of Golden Girls episodes (bummer). Good thing I have them on DVD! I'm sure I'm just making up from the rough week I had with all the meetings and late nights. It will be nice to have some normalcy, but I'm not looking forward to the early morning calls again just yet.
I made my loaded potato recipe today but with imitation sour cream instead of the regular kind. Total difference in how I feel, but not in how it tasted. That was a nice surprise. I was sure it would be flat somehow, but it was still delicious! My eldest had left over chicken enchilada bake for dinner and I suspect she'll want the cauliflower dish for lunch tomorrow. I'm glad the rest of the family enjoys these low-carb dishes. There are very few leftovers these days.

I think I posted that I was 144 yesterday but, actually, I was 144.8lbs. Today, I was 144.6lbs so a little bit of a loss. I'm also two weeks out from TOM, which means I'm probably ovulating. Ugh! that makes me crave and retain water (my salt was a bit higher than I would have liked). Ah, the life of a woman...
