R2, P3 Day 10 - Are we done yet?

What an incredibly long day. I am spent! Here's what I had (and all I ate was protein, veggies and drank lots of liquids). Here's to hoping!

Breakfast:

Lots of eggs, two slices of bacon and a thin sausage patty
coffee with cream
tea


Lunch:

Salad
chicken (baked) 2 or 3 pieces
cucumbers in dill

Dinner:

Salmon and dill sauce (I think)
salad (a tiny bit of caesar dressing)
Swiss slices of cheese
squash/zucchini blend
coffee with cream

I drank around 80 ounces of water as well, since I was up 1lb this morning (142.6). As I said, corrections will have to be protein days. Gosh, I hope this works! I'm currently drinking a cup of yerba mate to try and help things out, too.

I think you're doing great. Try not to freak out over the gain, breathe through this (stressing won't help). You're making the best choices you can given the selections available, and that's all you can do. It'll work!

Breathing, breathing, breathing. Oh, I know you're right. I really need to chill out and just deal with everything once this conference is over. I thought about doing my first correction day on Saturday. I could actually get one in that day. Who knows! Maybe one day could fix three days worth of yucky. Thanks, as always, for your encouragement Susan. You're the best!
