It's late, so I will keep this brief. I had a .4lb loss, taking me to 175 flat this morning. I only drank one liter of one and one cup of green tea. I made a low-carb spinach gratin (altered from the Barefoot Contessa's recipe; no flour). Honestly, I don't know why you'd need it. The dish was delicious and I didn't miss the starch.
My youngest will be baptized tomorrow and I told her I'd make a treat. Her request? Pumpkin pie, along with my buttermilk pancakes for breakfast. I decided to try a sugarless version for myself. It's currently cooling on the stove and won't be available for tasting for another hour. I hope it tastes alright. I used the rest of my Erythritol to make it. The splenda probably would taste better and sweeter, but I don't want the effects of the carbs that splenda can add. We'll see what happens.
