Homemade Yummies

I had leftovers for dinner that were just as good as when they were first prepared. I also had chicken salad, again. I've got to make some of my own. Purchasing it all the time is going to break me, when I could just make it myself. I didn't have pie tonight, but I did have one of my sugarless chocolates. I'll need to buy more soon since hubby is dipping into my stash.

I had a one pound loss this morning, putting me at 173.2lbs. I also worked out to Jane. Woohoo! Love her! Not sure who I'll be sweating it up to in the morning. The entire day will be very long (tomorrow is my work's open house). One of the firefighter's said I'd enjoy it as much as slitting my wrist, then being dipped into a salty vat. Yeesh! I guess the kid-factor is pretty extreme. So long as I only have to deal with my own. Here's what I had today:
