I hurried to get breakfast on the table for the girls (cereal) and didn't have time to fix my egg whites, since my kitchen was a disaster and my eldest had to clean up. So, I stopped by the store for some cheese and lunch meat. That was going to be the extent of my breakfast and snack (since we were doing a catered lunch with the mayor, that never really offers enough).
I get to work and the guys are cooking up my quiche! Hooray! They added Italian sausage, which was divine and I'm sure upped the salt, but I have no way to document. At any rate, I ate the measly little chicken nuggets and nothing else for lunch. For dinner? Orange roughy and the last of my salad from Monday. I also nibbled on a piece of swiss cheese (just in case it didn't make it to the journal).
I had a little loss this morning (1lb; 176.2lbs) then saw another after my workout (175.8lbs). Sweet! Can't say what will happen tomorrow. Can always hope. I would like to keep up with the workouts through Friday and get back into the habit of three days a week. Here's what I had:
