Fun New Recipes!

I made Frank's Buffalo Chicken Dip and a low-carb recipe for Salt & Vinegar wings for dinner. Winners...both of them! The sodium is crazy high, but the taste was amazing! My girls are not fond of spicy and they both loved the dip (dinner). The wings were a little crispier (slightly burned) than I planned for but, lesson learned. I'll only crisp them under the broiler for two minutes or less next time. Amazing flavor, though. I'm excited to try them again. I also found a recipe for a low-carb chocolate mousse. Eager to try that as well (think I'll order some more Stevia or Erythritol for that).

I had a slice of pie this evening. It's now been in the fridge for a week, so I gotta get through it. I'll be making another traditional pie on Tuesday night for my boss (Boss's day on Wednesday, folks). I thought about bringing hot cocoa to go with it. We'll see. I'm hopeful that today's event's will not be too detrimental for me. I'll be working out with hubby this week so, even if things weren't stellar, I'm hopeful the "beat down" tomorrow will get it out of my system.

I lost .8lbs from yesterday, putting me at 172.8lbs this morning. I suspect it will be up a pound, simply from the pie. Oi! Again, praying the workout will do it's trick. Friday, I'm going to schedule a much needed massage (I feel a knot forming on the upper left clavicle of my back. Seems to be where they like to form for me. Gotta have that sucker busted up quick and in a hurry).

P.S. I haven't had any major losses, but the inches appear to be disappearing still. I can only hope that this trend will continue with hubby's workouts. My fear is that the muscle will appear and I'll put on 
ten pounds (which would not make me happy, even if it is muscle).
