It was a lovely day and not one of documenting. I can remember what I had (I also had a.4lb gain from yesterday, so I'm keeping pretty steady). The plan is to workout in the morning and get rid of some of the goodies I had today:
Breakfast = 4 egg whites and 3 slices of bacon
Snack = 1 oz cream cheese
Lunch = Chicken Salad
Snack = 1 oz mozarella
Dinner = 3 X 3 In 'N Out burger (no sauce, no ketchup, no mustard and grilled onions)
Evening snack = sugar free slice of pumpkin pie (made with Erythritol).
