Day 27 VLCD - I've Settled into a Holding Pattern

Another day with no change. I fretted a bit and went to the boards, asking about apple days and such. My question was around whether you just eat them raw or can one sprinkle Stevia and cinnamon on them. The answers I got were more about being patient and waiting it out than doing an apple day. Dr. Simeons says it's all mental and that inches are still being lost. Okay. I'll take the advice of the pros. My "kill" day is Saturday. So, if 166 hangs around until Saturday morning, than an apple day it is.

To try to move things along, I took a shot of apple cider vinegar (always a joy). After my tummy was done burning, I settled in for the evening to eat my Orange Roughy. Oh, how I love this fish! It's pretty close to fresh crab meat for me, in terms of the pleasure it gives.

I did better with my injection, taking my own advice and withdrawing from the side of the rubber tube. I also injected in my thigh. I think I'll leave my tummy alone for a bit. It's seen enough needles for a while.
