Today was spent working on my four year old's bedroom. It was filled to bursting with toys, so we sorted and bagged the baby ones. We explained to her that we are going to give them to babies who need/want toys. She really liked that idea and helped so much. I haven't taken them to the donation center yet, but plan to do so tomorrow.
Keeping busy by working on her room and running all sorts of errands helped me with cravings. I also remembered the L-Glutamine today. Huge help! For the future (so I'm not sucking down all of my fabulous, body-builder husband's supplements, I've ordered some life-caps. I don't plan to use these everyday, just when the cravings seem to get the better of me. Again, the L-Glutamine helped loads so, I felt nothing like yesterday.
I had a small loss again (0.4 pounds), but a loss nonetheless. So motivating! I'll just keep on trucking along. Oh! I have to go on a trip in early April, my oldest daughter's dance competition. I toyed with the idea of doing an interruption. Dr. Simeons says four days, but this will only be three. I think I'm going to try and keep going. I really don't like the idea of making up time.

Calorie goal: 1,112; calories consumed: 454; calories burned: 0 Net calories: 454Ran lots of errands and ran out of money. Ha! Cravings hit, but I held them off with lots of water and coffee. I got all my water in but also lots of salt. For the next time TOM comes around, I've ordered some life-caps. If that doesn't work, I've got Hoodia as a back up.
