The cravings are a pain, but the L-Glutamine is helping. I wish TOM would hurry up and get here all ready. As usual, it's causing all sorts of drama. I was performing some tasks in the kitchen and, within just a few minutes, felt completely drained. The messages boards talk about your energy level leaving and boy were they right.
Hubby and I boiled up some snow crabs we bought a couple of weeks ago (they keep nicely in the freezer). A bit of blackened Old Bay in the water and voila! A lovely dinner. I cracked the legs and weighed the meat just as prescribed.
Observations: TOM is the devil when it comes to this program. As it approaches, the cravings are definitely there. The good news is that, on this long round, I'll only have to endure it only one more time. Thank the good Lord!

I did lose another pound so I was 172 this morning. I only drank 60 ounces of water today and, this morning was the first day I've had any dairy since this started. I wonder what the scale will reveal tomorrow with those differences?
