I had another gain this morning. Granted, it was only a little (.4lbs) but these gains tend to have a mental effect...especially after having so many successful losses. I decided that if I continue to gain or not move over the next couple of days, then Thursday will be an "apple day". Oy! I really hope something happens tomorrow. Even a small change is hopeful.
I can't imagine what is causing this but I have some suspicions. I drank 120 ounces of water, yesterday. I may be holding some of that in. Sunday, hubby and I went for a stroll around the park. I'd wager it was about a mile or a little more. It didn't occur to me until this afternoon that my muscles may be holding water. That's probably the most exercise I've had since that blasted day I had to shovel. I had a gain the day after that too. But the walk was the day before yesterday so, I'm not sure. Also, my lower abs are a bit sore. Crazy since I use to workout like a crazy woman before. To feel tenderness after a stroll, feels a bit bizarre.
This could be classified as a weird day all around since my injection didn't go so well this morning either. For the first time, I felt it and then I bled a bit. Ouch! I'll be much more careful from here on. I think my mixing vial's rubber stop dulled my needle, so I need to be more creative about where I draw out the hcg. I've been pulling from the middle for days. I'm about 95% sure that's what the problem was this morning.
