R5, P2, VLCD 5 - Feeling Appreciated (190) = -1.6lbs

I was so nervous about my mid-year evaluation. My manager was gracious, kind and encouraging. There are things I need to fix and I'm aware of them, but he didn't beat me down about them. I am very thankful that, even though it wasn't my best review, it did go well. (Thank you God for being there.)

My day actually went pretty well and ended at a decent time. Then, I did what I do to distract me from snacking and food; I played games. The T.V. is finally up on the wall in our bedroom and the video consoles are hooked up. I played a rousing game of Gauntlet: Seven Sorrows. Yeah, I know it's old, but I'm a fan of that particular hack-and-slash. I'll have to see if anything new from that series has emerged. I also played a little Kingdom Hearts over the weekend. This is what works for me, but I'm sure there are other things I could do. Once the weather warms up, I'll probably make my way to the trails for dog walks. That sounds fun.

My eating today was pretty good but heavy on the salt (I know TOM is making it's way). Here's what I had today:
