Morning workout - 60 minutes (625 calories on the Elliptical trainer)
Breakfast - a John's Breakfast from Sills Cafe (includes a big-ass pancake and three slices of bacon) 16 ounces of OJ. I was in the mood for a real breakfast this morning. :)
