September 12 - Training Entry

Morning workout - 30 minutes elliptical trainer (376 calories burned)

Quaker hot cereal (the natural stuff, can't think of the name) Maple and brown sugar
14 almonds

1 cup herbal tea

Morning snack - George Foreman grilled chicken breast (1/2) in ginger teriyaki seasoning, Kraft mac and cheese (low-fat preparation), Mixed veggies.

Lunch - Half Manwich (made with lean ground turkey), mixed veggies and bowl of honey nut cheerios.
