Morning Workout - 30 minutes treadmill (188 calories burned)
Breakfast - Quaker raisin oatmeal bar and 14 almonds
Lunch - Zatarain's Jambalaya with Turkey sausage
Afternoon meal - Zatarain's Jambalaya with Turkey sausage
Evening workout (elliptical) - 30 minutes 400 and some odd calories (I can't remember exactly, but I was booking!)
Dinner - Sara Lee Honey wheat, low carb bread, low-fat mayo, Oscar mayer turkey slices (2), 1 slice Cache Valley American cheese and a few Lay's Stacks (Salt and Vinegar) for dinner
1 glass of Alice White Lexia before bed and a ghiradelli chocolate caramel...yum!
