October 7 - Weight Loss Entry

Morning workout - 1 hour on the Elliptical (626 calories burned)

Breakfast - 1 packet of Simple Harvest, Maple and Brown sugar oatmeal. 1 cup of Instant folgers coffee with Splenda.

Lunch - Lean Gourmet Enchilada bake, Oscar Mayer Singles Deli Fresh Turkey Breast (shaved)

Dinner - Stroganoff Hamburger helper (with Honesuckle ground turkey instead of ground beef), 1 bowl of Market Pantry (Target brand) Cookie crisps. Yum!

night cap - 1 shot of light rum with sprite zero and about four maraschino cherries.
