R3 - Loading Day 1

So strange how this hormone works. I was making an absolute pig of myself today with all the things I love and I just didn't want them. Per protocol instructions, I pushed on and completed the day with a football stadium's fill of calories. Here's what I had:

Mood: Full

Back on the diet. This is day one of loading and boy has it been tough (but tasty). I'm not going for 135 again (too frail). If I can be 140-145, I'll be happy to stay there.

I have a "Choux pastry" listed but what I really had was a super-sized flaky scone from one of our local eateries. The fat and calorie content is probably about the same. [

Today's starting weight was 162 (I was 163 when I started the last round). I gained around 7 pounds just from last week's binge session with the best friend. Yikes!
