It's just a few pounds (probably all water), but I feel so much better. I am eager to see how much better I feel 20 pounds from now. I'm hoping the aches go away and I don't feel so lethargic. It's always a tough road and I've been down it so often before. The battles are fought, some are won some are lost. I wish my averages were better. Truly!
So, here are the stats from the last couple of days. I am still taking my homemade supplement, but I am nixing the fish oil (too much acid, and it's giving me canker sores). I did add Chromium and got a good deal at the grocery store (they're currently running a buy one get one free on many vitamins and supplements, lucky for me). Those suckers were $13.00...but I'm hoping it's worth it. I have noticed that I'm not craving sugar as much. Wouldn't be a kicker if TOM arrived and I didn't suffer for two days? One can hope. Oh, and I'm still weighing everyday (I know...bad). Anyway it was 186.6 after my workout and shower. I noticed that my hubby weighs everyday. Maybe it's not such a bad thing after all...or perhaps he has his own issues (even as a personal trainer).

Work was very hectic today. Had to call my boss's boss to work out some drama (the boss is currently out of town/country) and I'm hoping that it doesn't come back to bite me. I just wanted to make things right and that was the best way to handle it (I hope!).
Didn't work out this morning. Weird dreams had me hitting the snooze in my sleep. Finally realized that I needed to get up. Worked out this evening for 50 minutes and burned 683 calories (stayed at mostly a 3 resistance). [edit this diary entry]

Still getting adjusted to the homemade supplement. Thinking of adding chromium to the mix for blood sugar regulation (cravings are still present, even though my appetite is going, going, going). I worked out this morning and became short of breath at the 5 resistance mark. Gotta work back up to it, I guess. A week off of the elliptical is sure evident in my stamina. It's harder to do just a half an hours workout. Anyway, I burned 418 calories and weighed in this morning at 188.8, which is cool.
*Update* Worked out again this evening for 50 minutes. Burned 641 calories. I don't feel so bad for going over my calories today; however, I will do better over the next few days. [edit this diary entry]
