My weight loss has had an interesting start. On Monday, I stopped at the grocery store and picked up chicken and broccoli salad. They were the only items that I ate that I didn't prepare myself. The salad was the culprit I'm sure. It had my stomach in a tailspin! I'm finally feeling better and am now able to eat.
I think I'll be able to work out tomorrow. My stomach is still a bit topsy turvy, so I'll keep sipping on my tea and ginger ale. It's been a mostly protein existence and I've lost a bit of weight already.
