I didn't keep up with the daily plate like I wanted to, last week. I did splurge a bit, but not much. Today's weight was 175.6, just after coital fun. I wonder what it was before then? Anyway, then we went nuts on McDonald's southern style chicken sandwiches. Yummy, but certainly not good for me (and no workout today). Despite what I typically do, my but may be getting up to get in an hour of cardio to make up for today's damage.
