Another rush blog; hubby bought fried chicken from lunch. I peeled off most of the skin off my breast and ate it for lunch at the park with the family. In the afternoon, I had a couple of sugar-free treats and for dinner, crab legs that were mighty tasty (I'm digging the Olio, which supposedly means snow crab in Russia). I'm guessing there will be a gain. The weekends are tough, but I did get in a bit of activity. All I can do is hope for the best.
I plan to arise in the morning and make a birthday cake for my niece, who turned 14 last Thursday. I figure, since her mother is paying me back for the hair, it's the least I can do as a gift. I'm not sure that she's ever had a birthday gift, bless her.
Here's what I had today (with my .4lb gain, taking me to 170.8lbs). It's my own fault, but I probably won't see the 160s on this round:
An airy, forty-something water-bearer that marches to the beat of her own drum. I'm a wife, a mother of two and avid animal lover. I also love to travel and may one day make that part of my profession.
